A fix has been implemented and SendSafely widget functionality has been restored to the Zendesk Help Center "Submit a Request" form. We are closely monitoring performance.

Update
We are continuing to investigate this issue. As a temporary update we have disabled the SendSafely Zendesk attachment widget so that ticket submissions can be made. Any ticket attachments will be submitted using standard Zendesk attachment functionality.
