An update for our Outlook Add-in has been released and access to login has been restored. While some features are unavailable, the ability to send secure files is restored.
Due to recent Microsoft updates to the Outlook Add-in framework, the SendSafely Add-in for Outlook is only available and supported for use by Microsoft work and school accounts whose administrator has installed the add-in via the Microsoft 365 admin center.

On May 29, 2025, SendSafely became aware of an issue affecting Microsoft Outlook. This issue appears to be affecting multiple 3rd party vendor applications and may impact the functionality of our new SendSafely Outlook add-in. As such we’ve temporarily disabled the SendSafely Outlook add-in for all users as we investigate.
